Terms of Service

Enqre is operated by Denis Malov s.p., Mlinska ulica 22, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

Tax number: 14795914. Registration number: 7306024000. The provider is not registered for VAT under the Slovenian VAT Act, so prices do not include VAT.

Enqre lets you create, customize and manage dynamic QR codes, short links and related landing content, and view scan analytics.

Available features depend on your plan. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Enqre.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You may not use Enqre to distribute malware, phishing, illegal, infringing or deceptive material, or to point QR codes or links to such content.

You may not disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. As the provider is not VAT-registered, prices do not include VAT.

By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the applicable fees for each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking us to start providing a paid digital service immediately, you may agree that this right ends once the service has been fully provided. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

You keep all rights to the content you upload or link to (QR destinations, images and text). You grant us the limited right to host and process it in order to provide the service.

Enqre, including its software, design and trademarks, remains our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond using the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

You may stop using Enqre and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

After termination your dynamic QR codes may stop resolving. Please export any data you need beforehand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Maribor, Slovenia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
